Jalna, Jun 1: Two persons have been arrested in connection with
allegedly raping, blackmailing and filming a woman in Jalna, said
police.
According to the police, one of the accused, Narayan Haribhau Karde allegedly raped her. On learning the incident, three of his friends-Datta Baban Shelke, Ravi Korde and Gajanan Sitaram Ingle also demanded sexual favours from the 27-year-old victim. They threatened her if she failed to oblige.
The victim in her police complaint alleged that the 4 accused raped her for over one and half year and also shot her videos in a bid to blackmail her into seeking sexual favours.
She also named another woman, who she said was also a partner in crime.
The police nabbed 2 culprits based on the complaint and is on the lookout for others.
