Mistrial in Boone rape case; jurors split 11 - 1

23-year-old man went to trial Tuesday and Wednesday in Boone County on rape and sexual abuse charges, but the jury deadlocked and Circuit Judge Gordon Webb declared a mistrial Wednesday night, records show.
